2-Day Sahara Desert Tour from Ouarzazate

Day 1: Ouarzazate - Kasbah Amridil - Merzouga Desert Dunes:

Pick up at the Hotel or Riad where you are staying in Ouarzazate and we will depart to the Sahara desert . We follow the road of one thousands of Kasbah via the oasis of Skoura and reach Kasbah Amridil. After visiting Kasbah, we continue our trip through the valley of the roses to Todra gorges (located 300 meter above sea level) where we will stop for lunch. Our trip continues to the dunes of Merzouga for an hour camel ride  then we will reach the dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will watch the sunset from the dunes. It is spectacular view! At night, you will have an authentic Berber dinner and enjoy a performance by local Berber musicians.  You will spend a magical night in a luxury Berber camp with millions of stars above you. It will definitely be an unforgettable night.

 

Day 2: Merzouga - Anti Atlas - Ouarzazate:

We will wake up before dawn to watch the sunrise in the Great Dune. Then you will have breakfast on the dunes. After breakfast, you can try sandboarding or take some amazing pictures. We will leave either by camel trekking or 4X4 back to Ouarzazate. On the way, we will visit Khamlia village to see musical performance of the Gnawa tribe. We will explore the 300 km network of the ancient irrigation system with underground tunnels that was built approximately 500 years ago. We will arrive in Ouarzazate at the end of the day.
